Both balconies are extremely spacious with multiple entry points throughout the condo.
The unit features wood plank tile floor installed throughout. The master bedroom features gulf front views with a sliding door access to the large balcony and an intercostal water view through a large window above the bathtub. The large master bathroom features a glass door walk in shower, walk-in closet with built-ins, private water closet, dual vanities, and tub. The Guest suite includes a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and bathtub. It also includes a walk-in closet with built-ins. The suite overlooks the Clearwater Bay Intracoastal waterway and has a glass slider to the intercostal facing balcony. The third bedroom is located off the family room/living area.
