Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation. • Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM. • If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund. • Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time • Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule. o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets. o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.
