Summary: Well, the room to start with the bed was horrible. The shower didn’t work properly that goes for the head of the shower and the temperature of the water. The staff was fine until the very end when I left the 26th Out of room 501. I called about two hours late to realizing I didn’t have my charger or my wall flowers Bath & body Works so I called immediately and they said that the housekeeping staff had already left for the day they didn’t have it but nobody turned nothing in so they said to call back today the 27th after 9:30 to find out who in housekeeping had it or needless to say I waited on the phone for 20 minutes. Nobody come back. I called back and they told me that housekeeping never found my charger, which was a fast charger over $50 and my Bath and body Works wallflower so right there are no somebody took it because I surely don’t have it and it was left in the room between the bench and the office table so that was pretty sad to The second day of breakfast was all spicy food. I couldn’t even eat it. The first day was good. Second day not so Anyway, very disappointed this year I’ve been staying there for six or seven years now for Christmas plus other times but always for Christmas to see my family. Well I’ve never been charged for an early fee to get in never been charged. This time. I was charged $40 and I understand some Hotel is only charged 20 for the ones that do charge. These couple days I just wasn’t a happy camper there and I had another day but cancelled
