Welcome to our Summerville cottage!! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is completely renovated and ready for up to 6 guests. We are located in a prime location! Just 5 minutes from 1-26 and all your dining and shopping needs are right outside our neighborhood. Even with all this convenience, our neighborhood is super quiet and quaint. Our home is located directly across from a park with a duck pond and walking path!
The living space is an open concept with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A large Smart TV is located in the main living area. Kitchen is fully functioning with oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, regular coffee maker, and toaster. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers, small dresser for storage and a smart TV. Linens, blankets and towels are provided.
The house is stocked with a ‘starter pack’ of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, hand soap, etc. If you have a longer stay, you will need to be prepared to purchase your own once the initial pack is consumed.
Please note. This home was a recent rehab. The house is fully finished and functional, however our yard is not complete. While guests are welcome to go in the backyard, please know that it is still a work in progress. The front yard and the park across the street are wonderful places to spend time outside. Also, although the garage is accessible, there is really no need for short term guests to use. Please do not open main garage door.
Our home is located in the middle of a quiet and established neighborhood. It’s a wonderful place to leisurely walk or ride bikes. A park is located across the street from our home with a duck pond, walking trail, benches, and a gazebo. Conveniently located directly outside the neighborhood is plenty of shopping and dining as well as quick access to the interstate. The location cannot be beat!!!!
You will need a motor vehicle to get most places. Uber and Lyft are readily available and are highly recommended if you are going to enjoy the restaurants and bars close by or travel to nearby Park Circle or downtown Charleston. Our neighborhood is great for bicycling so feel free to bring your bike for some outdoor exercise. There is also a walking path around a pond directly across the street.
