Queen size bed and Sofa bed top accommodate up to 4 peoples. Owners live on site with 2 hypoallergenic small dogs. Dogs have NO access to any of the guest area. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutique, District 1881, groceries, book store, hospital. Smoke free property. Lavender Lane Studio is not scent free. We used Lavender essential oil and other natural scent.
