We are providing 2 bicycles for your use. Providing all that is needed for you to enjoy your stay in Arrowhead Lake
When you enter the Chalet through the front door, you will be in Main Living Room and stairs to the second floor. The Living room has Cathedral Ceilings and wood burning stove. Past the Living room you will see the Kitchen which adjoins the Dining Room (seats 8). All three spaces have a an open floor plan Layout, so you can enjoy each other while cooking, eating or just relaxing on the couch.
We have a wood deck on the front and Rear of the house featuring a gas grill for your barbecue needs and two lounge chairs on the front deck, and the rear deck has a picnic table that seats 6.
The master bedroom is on the first level, it has a king bed and closet space. Window A/C is provided. The full bathroom is at 1st Floor.
There are two other bedrooms located on the 2nd floor adjoining the Loft area. One bedroom features a Queen size Bed, Closet space, and window A/C. The other bedroom has two side by side twin beds. The Loft Area has a pull out sofa bed size full and within the Loft area is the 1/2 bathroom and a window wall A/C.
HD TV over the Fireplace, Wireless High Speed Access for your laptop! Linens are Provided.
Age requirement: The person taking responsibility of our Chalet has to be at least 21 Years old.

Arrowhead Community Charges:
You must be registered and paid at least 3 days prior to arrival date.
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over.
In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, $100 per month (1-6 months)
Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $6 per person per day
Annual: $240 (6-12 month lease required)
All vehicles will be charged $20 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: $35
Owner will register you with the community and guests will pay owner thru vrbo request money for all fees.
