Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The outside property was beautiful and was very convenient to get to Tunnel of Trees, beaches and shopping. Mattresses appeared to be fairly new.

Negative: I wish I had paid more attention to previous reviews; most of the same complaints expressed months ago still continue now. We arrived after dark and had trouble finding the unit and getting the key because there was no outside light left on for us. The condo was "tired" as it needed much maintenance and sprucing up. Towels, washcloths and linens were old (what I use for rags at my home). No bath soap or bath mats in the bathrooms. The sectional was in poor condition; it is old and has broken pieces. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Broken window blind cords. Weather stripping needed around doors; downstairs bedroom is very drafty. Many other repairs needed: stove light not working, poor alignment and missing knobs on closet doors, and upstairs closet doors not even hung; just leaning against the wall. Several burnt out lightbulbs. Much food was left in the refrigerator (2 pizzas, 20-30 condiment or food jars). Kitchen utensils and cookware are old. Knives are dull. Wine was left out. We would have enjoyed drinking it but did not know if it was for us. The Guest Folder with instructions and other information is old. Worn out manilla folder, old menus and soiled instruction sheets. (Should have put rubber gloves on to open the folder.) Kitchen sink disposal is broken. We brought our swimsuits expecting to use the indoor pool and hot tub, but the facilities are under construction. We were not notified of this ahead of time.

Summary: Nice location but high cost for the quality of accommodations.
