Welcome to your cozy East Van getaway! Our bright 2-bedroom walk-out suite is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a quiet home base close to everything. You’ll be just a short stroll from Kingsway’s amazing food scene but tucked away on a peaceful residential street, the best of both worlds.
🛏 Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds with fresh linens and cozy bedding to help you feel at home. One room also has a dedicated workspace, perfect if you need to catch up on emails or work remotely during your stay. A BabyBjörn Pack ’n Play is available upon request for families traveling with little ones.
🍽 Kitchen & Dining:
We’ve set up a well equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee machine . The dining table extends, so there’s room for family dinners or a fun board game night.
🎮 Living & Entertainment:
Feeling lucky? A mahjong table is available upon request!
✨ Our Cleaning Approach
We care about creating a healthy, comfortable space for your stay. We use low-tox, unscented, natural cleaning products throughout the suite, from the floors to the bedding. To help keep the air fresh and clean, there are air purifiers in each room. We strive to make the environment as gentle as possible, so the space stays comfortable without strong fragrances or harsh chemicals.
👶 Family-Friendly Touches:
Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered, there’s a Pack ’n Play, toddler slide, toys and children’s books to keep them happy. Kid utensils and dishes are available too if you need them.
🌿 Outdoor Space:
The outdoor area is shared and you’re very welcome to enjoy it anytime, it’s a lovely spot for your morning coffee or to let the kids play for a bit. You might occasionally see us outside too, but we’re always respectful of your space (and happy to say hello if you’d like!).

Free street parking is easy to find nearby.
Just a heads-up: there’s no laundry in the suite and pets aren’t allowed, but everything else is set up to make your stay comfy, convenient and relaxed.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire 2-bedroom suite via a separate entrance. The outdoor area is shared but available for guest use.
Check-In: 3 PM
Check-Out: 10 AM
We appreciate your understanding as we use the time between stays to clean and prepare the home for each guest.

• No parties or smoking (including vaping or marijuana) — violations may result in a $1000 fine and cancellation without refund.

This unit is located beneath the main floor of the house so foot traffic can be heard frequently.
We do our best to reduce the noise whenever there are guests but it’s not always possible as we have a toddler living with us.
The suite does not currently have AC but it tends to stay quite cool in there in the summer as it is at the ground level. We do also provide fans if needed.
