Enjoy lake living at one of the newest lakefront neighborhoods on Tim's Ford Lake. This cozy cottage is in a beautiful gated community and has lake views from the front porch. It is only a 1 min walk to the community pool overlooking the lake and direct lake access for kayaks and paddleboards that we include for you! This beautiful home will also boast a hot tub, fire pit, and game room for your family to enjoy! You are also centrally located and only 5 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown!
-This is beautiful boutique gated community that is lake front and has lake access and a pool over looking the lake!
-The pool and kayak launch are 1 minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is seasonal and available Memorial Day-Labor Day.
-This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The master with a king bed and 2 bathrooms are downstairs along with a pullout couch and queen floor mattress that you can layout. 2 bedroomswith queen beds, game room, and work space are upstairs.
-Enjoy the nearby pleasure's of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo's at the Winchester Town Square.
-Jack Daniel's Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting.

Summary: We had a great time staying at the Cozy Lake Cottage! We were only here for a quick two nights for a family wedding. I wish we had more time because the location was great! The lake and neighborhood pool looked awesome. The house was clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
