Come experience a memorable getaway at this charming, dog friendly villa on Seabrook Island! This adorable two-story townhouse has all you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Once inside, there is plenty of space to relax but it is also nice and cozy. The living room is spacious to cuddle up on the couch after a long beach day. The kitchen may be small, but it's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
There are two bedrooms, one on each floor, both have a bathroom. The first floor bedroom offers a king bed, and the second floor bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin size bed.
Take a walk outside to take in the great views of the marsh and Cap'n Sam's Creek from your private deck with a table and chairs or the screened in porch. The deer have been known to come right up to the porch!
The Creekwatch villas have a viewing tower, boat launch (a great place to put in a kayak), and a nearby crabbing dock. The Beach Club and Lakehouse amenities are available for an extra fee but there is a Creek Watch complex pool overlooking the river and marsh that is included.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, oceanfront pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $40/per day per family, or $225/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply only to 2023. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2024.
To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
