Located on the Vancouver Airport hotel strip (Bridgeport Road), this private, ground-floor apartment in a character home is ideal for layovers or short-term stays. Although small in size, it offers many comforts of home, including a place to sleep, to sit, and to fix a light breakfast. Access the skytrain to downtown Vancouver or walk to one of several restaurants in the neighbourhood. 10 minutes to the airport. Free parking on our property is available if you're bringing a car!
The Suite:
The suite is cozy and fully equipped for a nice short stay or layover. Queen-sized bed and full bath/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided to our guests, as well as clean sheets and towels. We have a laundry service for a fee as well. Within the suite, there is a SMARTTV where you will be able to access your subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Crave, or HBO. Although there is no stove, a kitchenette is available within the suite with your basic bowls, plates, eating utensils, sink, fridge, and microwave. Free coffee (Krueg) and tea are available for you to enjoy. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, we are located just right above the suite, so you'll always be able to reach us. Don't worry however, the suite is entirely private, and there is no access other than from the front door of the suite. You will be able to check-in at any time past 3PM the day of your booking as we have an electronic door lock (access code), and when you're ready to leave (check-out at 11AM), just pack up and go! No need to clean up as we will handle the cleaning prior to the next guest arriving. We can accommodate early check-ins or check-outs depending on our booking schedule. Please ask us if needed.
The Neighbourhood:

Our home is located on Bridgeport Road, on the same stretch of road where many other airport hotels are located. Some of the restaurants within walking distance include: Moxie's, Tim Hortons, Korean BBQ, Denny's and Starbucks. Great shows, dining and entertainment are just around the corner at the River Rock Casino & Resort. If you want to get out into nature, we suggest taking a walk towards the dike along the Fraser River. If you have a car, you may want to explore the shoreline at Iona Beach (10 km away). In the summer, you may want to walk to the Richmond Night Market to experience dishes from all over the world.
Getting Around:
The Canada Line skytrain is a 15-minute walk or five-minute bus ride. A bus stop is located at the front of the house. The 430 or 407 bus will take you to the Bridgeport Skytrain Station. *always check with the driver to ensure he is going where you expect!
From the Bridgeport Station, downtown Vancouver, downtown Richmond and the Airport are easily accessible. Enterprise Rent-a-Car is located 600 meters away. Groceries can be purchased at the small convenience store across the street or in supermarkets along Number 3 Road.
