Picture yourself in our beautiful ocean view beach home. Forever Summer is a custom built 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your maximum enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. This home features handicap accessibility throughout including an ADA approved shower in one of the bedrooms. Forever Summer also has an extra-large pool with a bathroom by the pool. Pool can be heated at an extra charge of $100 per day. The home also offers a wood-paneled elevator to help with luggage and groceries. A very large kitchen, extra large front deck with premium rockers table and chairs. State of the art electronics with TV's in all rooms. Best of all...easy access to the beach. Beach access is 75 yds away and we provide 6 chairs, pull cart and beach toys. Pack light, because all linens are provided including sheets and towels for the bedrooms. We also provide limited towels for the pool. Our bedding is cotton and comfortable along with our towels. Forever Summer features hickory flooring on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with beautiful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy fantastic ocean views from the front deck and peaceful wood preserve and inter-coastal views and sunsets from the back. The beautiful kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a beverage refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 1 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
