Tucked in on a private wooded lot, the neighborhood’s gravel path leads you to an escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The elegantly decorated home takes its design inspiration from nature as well as a wink to an alpine hunting lodge. Deer Haus hosts bamboo floors in all the first-floor living spaces, wood blinds, granite countertops, and KitchenAid appliances. Cooks of all levels will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and the additional convenience of a KitchenAid toaster oven with an air fryer feature. The Keurig dual pot and pod brewer will keep your crew caffeinated.
The ample open-space living room and dining area include comfortable furniture, a cozy, gas-lit fireplace, high vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace-mounted smart TV. Skylights and windows bathe the house in the warm glow of natural light. The main bed and bath as well as a guest bedroom and full bath are on the first floor. A charming third bedroom, half bath, and loft create a second-floor retreat from the rest of the home.
You’ll enjoy the serene sounds of birds chirping while lounging on the screened-in porch or choose to unwind outside in the home’s latest amenity, a six-person hot tub. Dine alfresco on the ground-level deck and end your evening with a round of smores at the rustic firepit.
