Summary: Easy parking. Basic room. I was very frustrated because for 2 hours there was loud noise of a child (most likely) running back and forth in a room, jumping off and on a bed, loud water running, etc. I called the office at 10:30 at night to report. He said he would address the issue. An hour later at 11:30, this was still an issue. A female answered an ASSURED ME there was NOBODY above me and I had to be wrong. I mean, really? I am hearing ghosts? It was not just me, it was my 16 year old daughter and she was trying to do homework and then sleep as we were getting up for the airport at 3:30 am. The point of staying there was to save us 2.5 hours of driving in the night. That was ruined. Don't expect good service.
