Downstairs is an open floor plan that is newly updated with a modern kitchen and living area that sports vaulted ceilings and a large flat screen for movie night. The large windows and doors out onto the deck make for a Summer breeze and lots of natural light. The open stairs lead up to the loft area and Master Bedroom. The loft has a fun foosball table as well as a Queen futon for additional and flexible sleeping options for your group. The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a King bed, desk and work area and a wall mounted TV. The two guest bedrooms are on the first floor entry level, one with a Queen and the other with a Double/Twin bunk with a pull out twin trundle. There is an additional guest bath on the first floor.
Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
