The driveway is suitable for up to 5 vehicles, mostly stacked. There is an additional parking pad that can accommodate 2 vehicles. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with cooking supplies to whip up big meals or maybe just blend a one person smoothie. Board games, reading material and smart TVs with 4 streaming services are ready for rainy days or peaceful nights. A sit-stand desk, corner desk and 4 laptop desks offer space to get work done. A wifi-enabled printer and monitor are available for your use. The living room has a huge LoveSac! If you're unfamiliar, you're in for a treat!
The best part? Enjoy the 16' x 32' heated pool!! The pool is available seasonally - please confirm with your host - but is usually open by May and stays open till November 1st! Pool towels included. Please bring safety devices if needed. Also enjoy the new 6-seater hot tub!
Please note that your host, Louis, occupies the private basement apartment. This is in compliance with short-term rental regulation the city of Windsor is imposing on hosts. You will not hear or see your host unless you wish to or the need arises, please rest assured you have full use of the house and complete privacy.
