Summary: Room 521. When I entered the room the air conditioning was on. The temp was in the teens outside. I turned on heat it smelled like something was burning. I registered for 2 people and there was only enough towels for one. There is no clear number posted to the front desk so boyfriend had to go down and get them. There was no actual stovetop, there was some type of single burner electrical thing on the counter. There is a rule that if you do want to cook you have to use their supplies, which you also have to go down and get from the front desk.
The bedside lamps are weird and you have to play with them to get them to work. There is a couch but no coffee table or end table. Your only options are to eat at the desk, on your lap, or in the bed. On arrival and of course after booking online there are notes all over saying that the water was going to be shut off at 9am for up to 5 hours. Also the pool is permanently closed. Not that I was going to use it but it should be known before booking. If you like total darkness for sleeping there was a light from the smoke detector that continuously blinks. It reminded me of when someone phone flashes when it rings except you cant stop it. There was a random weird noise that would stop and start coming from I dont know where. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially not for an extended time period.
Good things were the fridge was full sized, the microwave worked and the room was clean

Summary: Was a ok visit the halls to the rooms smelled, trash sitting outside in the halls over following garbage cans. Overall was a ok hotel probably won’t stay there again.

Summary: I arrived a little after midnight, and they lady at desk said my reservation was canceled since it was for previous day. so she had me rebooked and I paid at the front desk. then the hotel attempted to charge my card the full amount and extra fees for no show. I reached out them and no reply. the hotel itself was ok, having to reach every single item was awful, no shampoo, cups, coffee maker, towels, just empty cupboards. the layout was odd, with the bathroom, right in front of the bed. and a lot of broken items worn down.
