Enjoy your 70 feet of beach front and private dock with an electric boat lift. You'll enjoy your beach stay with many activities like paddle boarding, water sports, swimming off the dock, then relaxing around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and talking about the perfect sunset you all took in!
As you enter the home you are greeted with a water feature and tile floors. The first guest suite is to your left, complete with an ensuite, walk in closet, and front patio access. Also next to the front entrance is a full bathroom that connects through to another bedroom with games room access. Straight ahead is the large games room with wet bar and media room making this space great for entertaining.
Right of the front entrance is a spacious laundry room with storage area and access to the elevator and stairs to the upper level. A single car garage makes it easy to unload groceries to the elevator and kitchen directly above. Moving upstairs, to your immediate right, is a formal dining room with private balcony and moving straight ahead is the open plan living space with gourmet kitchen and living room with triple sided gas fireplace.
