Summary: The staff members were extremely kind, and the hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean, and just gorgeous overall. But in the room there was no microwave and no refrigerator, which was beyond shocking especially since we stayed in a suite. Another thing that threw me off was the $250 deposit, online it stated that it would be $50 so I was shocked about the price change. Another thing was upon check out, I was charged $53 worth of state and “amusement” fees which I had no idea about and I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did that. Parking was also a bit of a hassle but I’m assuming that’s just common for the chicago area regardless of the hotel. Overall, I did enjoy myself but for the price, it wasn’t worth it.
