**House is now open to book for stays one month or longer for 2024 from 29 March 2024 and for Summer 24/25. Most years we have guests from Canada, Australia, USA or abroad who rent our house for long term stays, such as for work or long term golfing holidays etc. To request to stay for long term please request to book for more than 28 days and we can liaise with length of trip and special prices for long stays.**
Enter the house into the dining and kitchen area, with a front lounge/TV room adjoining the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with coffee machine. Out from the kitchen is a back living area with a pull out couch, which flows onto the sunny back deck. Laundry in laundry cupboards in the back sitting room. Bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet.
Down the hallway leads to the bedrooms. The Master bedroom is very sunny with Queen bed.
Middle room has a double bed.
Smaller back room with NZ native timber solid bunk bed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and fans for the summer and blankets and heaters for winter.
Enjoy hassle free holidays, we are happy to help you with any questions or requests. We live next door and love our neighbourhood, it's in a quiet street, with great neighbours, hence we don't want partiers or teenagers renting the house.
