This spacious 2-bedroom villa is situated on over 9 acres of beautiful Sedona grassland overlooking Oak Creek, and just south of Uptown Sedona. The property features indoor and outdoor pools (seasonally heated) and hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, fitness center, pool tables, a game room with video games, table shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, a lounge area with computers, TV, and piano, a kid's playground, racquetball, tennis, free Wifi, BBQ grills, and picnic tables.
The property has a calendar of events every month, and many hiking and biking trails nearby. You can also choose from an array of tours including hot air balloon tours, wine tours, and ATV tours surrounded by beautiful landscape. Slide Rock State Park is 6.6 mi away and Sedona Golf Resort is a 15 minute drive away. Located near many of the great shops and restaurants of Uptown Sedona, Sedona city center is just a 5 minute walk from the property.
The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, TV, private balcony, and attached master bath with walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room features a gas fireplace with flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and pull-out sofa sleeper. There is a separate dining area with table, a full kitchen with all the amenities, a private balcony/patio, and a washer & dryer in the villa.
