4 Bedroom House in Mantoloking

Very kid friendly 4 bed/3 full bath house with a heated pool and 1 block from a beautiful private beach in mantoloking...a prime jersey shore town. The house is conveniently located between point pleasant and Lavallette. We have a ton of toys and kid items like pack and play, high chair , baby gate etc. And a little bit about the house: There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths (master with king, room with twin bunk beds, and a twin day bed that pulls out to a king) and then a queen bed and full bath downstairs. Also has a pull out couch in downstairs living room. Then there is an upstairs living room as well (TVs in both). Central a/c, gas grill, beach chairs and includes 10 beach passes to private (not crowded!) beach. Fenced in backyard with heated pool and outdoor shower. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage and 3 closets. Feel free to send any questions. Please note our pool and hot tub are closed for the season from mid October-late April. Inquire for exact dates. We use this house regularly and are looking for other families who want to share our special place!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this house! The hosts were extremely communicative ahead of time and provided tons of recommendations. Throughout the stay they were incredibly helpful as well. The house was very clean and was perfect for our family trip! Would definitely recommend this house!
