Just 1 mile from the hamlet of Jeffersonville and 7 miles from the original site of the 1969 Woodstock music festival, now the home of Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center and Woodstock Museum. The Jeff Tree House is a chalet style, 2,500 sq. ft multi-level 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with loft office and lots of glass windows to view nature from. The enormous outdoor deck features a comfortable living room with L-shaped chaise sofa and coffee table, an 8 seat dining table and large gas grill. Once inside the home the tree house feel continues with floor to ceiling vaulted cathedral windows and light streaming in throughout the day.
The Kitchen is large and fully stocked with an 82" farmhouse table, window over the sink, to day dream at, a gas stove and oven, microwave oven, double sink, dishwasher, and large refrigerator/freezer.
The home is professionally managed, year round, to insure a maintenance free vacation.
In the summer months of July through August you will enjoy picking the wild raspberries and black berries that grow around the property.

THE LAYOUT:
-3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level as well as living room, dining room, wonderful outdoor living room and enormous "park rangers deck".

-Loft office above the kitchen overlooking the living room with a view of the tree tops through the gabled roof.
The home is very private but only 1 mile down the hill to the Hamlet of Jeffersonville where you will find all of your needs met. Supermarket, gas station, barber shop, beauty shop, restaurants, antique barn, deli, restaurants and much more.
Please note that this is a No Shoe home. We ask that you remove your shoes before entering the home. Slippers are provided for your additional comfort. Mahalo!
**Lake Jefferson is about 300 yards from the rear of the home. It is accessed by a private path off the deck through a field of ferns and the occasional berry bush down through the fairy tale woods until you land upon our multi tiered cantilever deck overhanging the water along with a Bluestone patio and large picnic table to accommodate your lake side picnics. At the lake you will find 2 kayaks to explore on or dock at one of the lake's many islands and explore. When finished exploring paddle out to the center of the lake to jump off and cool off with a refreshing swim.
**During dry seasons, the lake might be low and you may need to portage the kayaks to the water. You are welcome to use the lakeside deck and dock for nature observation, year round.
