Enjoy your stay at our fully renovated Farmhouse situated on 3 acres. Spacious, garden covered and beautiful shady trees line the property, leading you down to a beautiful view of where river meets ocean. Next to the rustic barn with the tin roof, you will often be met with eagles as they come to sit on their perch overlooking the water. The house was fully renovated in Spring of 2022 and was renewed to much its original beauty. Boasting open beam ceilings and original plank floors, the Little Dutch House (original owners came over from the Netherlands in 1953) is ready to show off all of the updates to those looking to have a relaxing vacation on the Northumberland Shore. 5 bedrooms include 2 king beds, 1 queen and 2 doubles. Full bathroom is completely updated. Laundry on site. Pets welcome with pre-approval upon discussion. Guests will be provided with a full brochure on what to see and do while in the area. Summary: The communication was fast and informative, Dawn was very kind and helpful. The property is as advertised and easy to find. Very peaceful and well appointed. Beds are extremely comfortable we slept very well. Love the air conditioning. I would like to go back for longer.
