Sleeps 14! 2 queens, 1 full bed, 1 full pull out couch, 1 twin, 2 air-mattresses & living room couch is also available.

The space
Our home provides 2650 sq ft of room for your family and friends to enjoy their own space. All furniture and appliances are brand new. UPDATED game room and patio space! Enjoy arcade games, board games, the PS5 & Wii or the updated deck with outdoor games & new furniture! Hot tub coming soon (within two weeks)!! All beds (besides the twin) are new and are cooling memory foam! Kids are more than welcome and toys/coloring books will be in the lounge/playroom that will be cleaned and disinfected before each stay! The home is on a well & does have a whole house water filtration system as well as a water softener! Full 2 car garage access for your convenience!

You are within 5 miles of everything you could need! The driveway and our full two garage provide you with plenty of parking upon request.
Other details to note
**please note this is our primary residence. HOWEVER we frequently visit family out of state and will plan our visits around our bookings! The home will be professionally cleaned before and after each guest and all personal belongings will be put away. Guests have separate sheets and towels/washcloths. There will be space in each closet for your clothes and the top two drawers will be cleaned out in each room. Fridge will also be cleaned out and items will be moved to the garage refrigerator for you!
