The new addition to this house was completed in 2020. We bumped the back of the house out an additional 10' which adds 10' to the living room and we added a 3rd full bathroom off the master bedroom thus creating a true master suite.
This original home was constructed in 2011. The house is about 300 yards to the YMCA. 0.8 miles to the south entrance of Peninsula State Park. 1.3 miles to the downtown Fish Creek corner. The Top of The Hill Shops are a 0.5 miles.
This home is now 1,930 sq. ft. and within walking distance of the Gibraltar High School area. This property borders a trail that leads directly into Peninsula State Park and right to countless miles of hiking trails. (About a 200 yd walk and you are in the park)
There are three full baths in this home. The master suite has a private bath with a walk in shower. The main floor bath has a ceramic tile walk in shower with a double sink base. The upper bath has a tub/shower.
