Beautifully located in the quiet, gated, tree-enshrouded community of Forest Beach, this newly updated, four-level townhome in New Buffalo will place you within steps of a lovely, man-made beach on the shores of Lake Michigan.
This home is perfectly situated for both recreation and relaxation, with the community's lakefront beach 1,000 feet to the west and the outdoor swimming pool and basketball court roughly 1,000 feet in the other direction. Best of all, you'll be greeted back at home each afternoon by your own private hot tub on the deck.
Step inside to find a comfortable, freshly painted living space with central air-conditioning, new carpeting in the bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi (which is great for streaming) running throughout the house. The living area has plentiful seating and a TV, while the kitchen - just around the corner - features stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher for easy clean-up), a center island, and a peninsula breakfast bar. There's a gas grill outside for afternoon barbecues, space to dine at both the dining room table indoors and the table outside, and two outdoor lounge spaces for coffee and dessert.
When it's time to turn in after a day spent shopping in downtown New Buffalo or wine-tasting nearby, you'll find peace and quiet in the four bedrooms and loft. The sleeping areas are wonderfully spaced out for privacy, with one bedroom on the lower level, three on the second floor, and the loft on the third floor.
