Summary: The staff was great. Friendly and helpfull. The room was good . Cleaned everyday even change the sheets upen request. The Breakfast was awesome lots of choices. The onlys reason i did not give a five star was the A/C. While i understand Shanghai was goingnin to winter the room was really hot even when the heater was turned off. Whe brought up the issue to the front desk their fix was to give us a fan. This is a Marriott hotel thats insane.
