LIVING AREAS
E109 is furnished to comfortably house 4. The living room has a 37" flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a custom gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The dining area also features a custom workspace with a granite countertop...Perfect for those guests who have to telecommute or study during their stay.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a custom walk-in shower with a separate vanity area.
SLEEPING
E109 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, along with a large dresser, closet, and 26-inch flat-screen cable TV/DVD.
Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the main living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.
