➣We allow a lower occupancy (maximum 6) with access to:
-2 full bedrooms (King bed, ensuite with jacuzzi tub, sleeps 4)
-2 full bathrooms
-1 Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
-All the amenities (Game area, laundry, Hot Tub, Grill, Firepit)

➣You will NOT be sharing this cabin with anyone else.
➣The following areas will not be accessible:
-Upper level sleeping area
-Upper level bathroom
-Lower level bedrooms & bathrooms
➣These areas are locked and the guests don't have access to them.
➣This allows us to charge a lower cleaning fee compared to the other 5 Bedroom listing.
➣If you access these locked rooms then the housekeeper will be obligated to clean them which means we will charge you the extra cleaning fee ($180)

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
➣All refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee

[PARKING]
There is ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
The driveway is fully paved but the side street has a short length of gravel
Trailers are not allowed.
If you bring one it can only be parked in the community center as long as parking is available, the security guard will provide directions.
