Downstairs, a large kitchen / family room adjoins an impressive double height lounge area with large screen TV, creating a wonderful place to hang out and relax. There are sofas and more formal dining table in this space too. A plush game room with pool table, shuffleboard and sweeping staircase greets you as you arrive into the hallway of this wonderful home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home including a wine cooler and plentiful pots, pans and utensils. Doors lead directly out to a covered eating area with outside refrigerator, food prep area, grill and table with seating for 6. The large pool deck is arranged around the heated (at extra cost) private pool and hot tub.
Downstairs there is also a principal bedroom suite consisting of King sized bed, large smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
A fantastic themed games room awaits the more competitive, with Air Hockey, Foosball, Poker table, TV with Playstation and gaming chairs, Sofas and chairs.
Upstairs, there is another principal bedroom with dressing room, bedroom 3 has 4 large bunk beds and a sleigh bed, bedroom 4 a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and finally bedroom 5 has two twin beds.
