Summary: The hotel staff needs a lot of training improvement. We arrived in a 7 seater with 3 checked in luggage. The porter saw us but offered no help with our luggage. Even though my sisters were elderly the porter was aloof n did not offer any help. I have never come across such poor standard of service. The address stated was also not accurate.
