This renovated ground-floor condo has luxurious amenities and ski-in/out access, guaranteeing a magical mountain getaway. This condo is unique in its location on the ground level, with private access to the parade. Ski in right to the back door of the building. To ski out, exit that back door, cross the road, and there is another ski-out track down to Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost chair lifts. The suite is within walking distance of Happy Valley Day Lodge, where you can find restaurants and après ski activities such as an outdoor skating rink, tubing, snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, and dog sledding. Happy Valley also offers horse-drawn sleigh rides for groups of up to 10 plus people and snowmobile rental and tours for the more adventurous traveler. Catch the free gondola from Happy Valley to the Village Center. The village also provides a deli, grocery store, and liquor store to ensure you have all the comforts needed for your stay.
There is an underground parking stall located immediately next to the private entrance. Packing all your gear up an elevator is unnecessary; drive up and settle in. Inside, you will find a single-level 1250-square-foot condo. All bedrooms have TVs with complete cable packages (instant movie rentals available) and free WiFi throughout.
The space has been thoughtfully decorated to emphasize a mountain/ski lodge vibe with a twist of modern living. It includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, natural stone masonry feature walls, and a gas fireplace. The spacious gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining with a large island and seating area and is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Relax in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The condo includes family board games, DVDs, books, and a guitar for the whole family.
