The front yard is fenced in for the safety of both pets and children, and BBQ enthusiasts will find both charcoal and gas grills for Texas-style cookouts. At the river's edge, there's a cozy porch swing for those romantic moments, and there are patios with comfortable seating both in front and back of the home. Not one, but two fire pits out back provide space for sharing stories, stargazing, roasting up a snack, or simply taking in those amazing Hill Country views. The sunsets here are phenomenal!
Plenty of windows splash the interior with natural light! There's a roomy living area and additional entertainment room, both with Roku-ready TVs (the home has central air and heat, and the added room has its own AC).
