The Space:
Highball House is a picture-perfect Mid-Century contemporary country home set down a winding road with nothing but privacy, surrounded by 6 acres of meadow, woodlands, and a lovely pond.
Inside, the house is flooded with natural light through expansive windows that reach to the cathedral ceilings. The open floor plan allows for seamless gathering from room to room so no one misses out on a memorable moment. The cozy living room has a grand stone fireplace with plenty of comfy seating for movie night, or great bird-watching out to the pond behind the house. The newly renovated kitchen features a stylish island and is stocked with all of the essentials you’ll need for a great meal. Dine with 180-degree views out to the woodlands, as if eating in a treehouse! Rounding out the primary floor is an elegantly designed powder room with head-turning wallpaper.
Upstairs is the lofted primary bedroom suite, an expansive room with a king-sized bed and great views. The full en-suite bathroom features dual sinks and a stylish rain shower.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level and share a full bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed with access to the patio through full glass sliding doors. One of the bedrooms is light and airy, with plenty of neutral and white tones. The other bedroom is a masculine hideout and also houses a desk perfect for your remote working needs. Rounding out the lower level is a laundry room.
Outdoors is where the fun begins, with year-round opportunities. The hot tub, set under the upper deck is available year-round and is best on a cold night with snow falling around you. Enjoy the rest of the patio in the warmer weather with an outdoor dining table and BBQ. On the upper deck, with access from the main living level, enjoy a sunset night cap views over the pond and blue herons flocking around you. The grounds are truly relaxing and a sight to see.

Getting Around:
Highball House is two hours from New York City. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads. Rhinecliff train station is 15 minutes away and access via Amtrak directly to NYC.
