Kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless appliances and is fully stocked for the dine in experience. Master has king sized bed and built in work space for business travelers. Dining table for 4 as well as breakfast bar area. Remodeled bathrooms which includes a luxurious tiled walk in shower. Private patio area to enjoy the outdoor space. Complex is full of amenities which includes a heated pool, spa, game room, and gym. One assigned covered space is available for the unit and laundry is on site. You cant beat this location. Walking distance to some of the top attractions that Old Town has to offer. Fashion square mall is steps away and is the Valley's top shopping center. Jump on the Old Town Trolley and head over to the Old Town shops which is a mecca for art and southwestern shops. Just minutes to Giants spring training and ASU is less than 15 minutes away. All that you need is there.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.

* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
