Our guests enjoy easy access to everything the area has to offer from this centrally located Main Street home. Relax and enjoy the covered front porch or our back patio & firepit. We are just one block from the historic riverside waterfront where spectacular sunsets occur nightly, and you can watch the Jenny Ann Ferry cross the Ohio from 8am-8pm daily. Eateries, parks, shops and other local activities are all around you. Come and see why people fall in love with Augusta.
The space
Home has been fully updated and is ready for your visit. The first floor features a beautifully appointed kitchen, living room, a bedroom, 1.5 half baths with 2 large bedrooms & half bath upstairs. High speed internet, 55" TV w/streaming services and many other amenities designed to make your stay stress free.
Guest access
Our guests have full access to the home with the exception of the basement and a small storage area on the back porch. We are a work in progress, and when we aren't hosting guests, will be adding a few more finishing touches and updates, especially to our screened porch & outdoor areas.
