Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Check in was very organized, our room keys were ready and waiting. All the staff we talked to were so polite and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee! We have family in Elkhart now so we visit often and this was the best hotel experience we've had in the past 2 years. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come.
