Summary: The kitchen sink had a rapid drip and filled a 12 ounce cup in a matter of minutes. Despite multiple attempts to stop the drip, it continued all night. To stop the noise, a cup was placed in the sink and when it filled up the noise stopped and we were able to sleep. The room also smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. Despite lots of FABREEZE on the sheets and pillows, the smell was strong and we were never able to cover it up. Overall the room was clean and usable, but needed some LOVE for sure.
