Cozy cape cod with plenty of space, Fair Hill House sleeps nine guests very comfortably. Three bedrooms on the second floor include the master suite with a king bed, large bathroom with two sinks, separate room with toilet, shower and sink, ample closet space. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and share the hallway bathroom (tub/shower).
The main level has a living room (with pullout full sleeper sofa), sunroom, dining room, kitchen, office/spare bedroom (with twin sleeper sofa) and laundry/mud room.
A large deck spans the back of the home and offers beautiful views of the creek that meanders through the back of the property and also of a horse farm.
A firepit with seating and also a rope hammock are located next to the creek.
The home is situated on a quiet country road and is a five minute walk from the grounds and trails of Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area.
We also offer up to 8 (soon to be 9) stalls for guests' horses and use of the outdoor ring. Ask owner for more details.
