Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
