Summary: Great weekend getaway for the family. Hotel was beautiful and room was very comfortable. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. A couple areas of improvement: - I had spoken to hotel manager about having a brownie in the room by 5pm for my wife’s birthday. We came back around 7pm with no brownie. I called front desk who said they would bring it right up, but it was 8:30pm by the time they brought it up. They were very nice and even comp’d me, but it was a letdown to not have the surprise ready. - the parking lot was not plowed whatsoever. It looked like it had recently snowed, so some snow and slush was to be expected. But it didn’t look like any part of parking lot was properly plowed.
