Summary: The bed was very small, and the mattress was uncomfortable and uneven. There were only two small, poor-quality pillows. The room was extremely hot, and the corridors had an unpleasant smell. The service was disappointing — we had to argue to get the parking spot that was promised at the time of booking. Upon checkout, in the rain, no umbrella or assistance was offered. They also did not seem open to hearing our feedback at the end of our stay.
