Welcome to our family home on the lake with a beautiful view and peaceful nights. Three bedroom and two bathroom house in a family oriented community. You would be renting the main house (new build). Owners may or may not be in guest house but would not be sharing the entrance, yard or dock during your stay. General store, sandy beach and children's playground all within walking distance. The lake is stocked with trout for excellent fishing in summer or ice fishing in the winter. Our dock is equipped with a 10ft aluminum boat with electric motor and a 5 seater peddle boat. Lake permits electric motors only. Nearby Jandana Ranch for horse lovers and many hikes and trails to explore. Boat launch is at the end of our road if you have your own boat. Harper Ski Hill is 20 mins away. Sun Peaks Resort is about 50 minutes away. The city of Kamloops is only 20 minutes away if you have a need for city life or shopping. Fire pit for your marshmallows. BBQ available for your use. Relax on the deck with a cool drink and enjoy a break from your busy life.
