There are two children's playgrounds on Folly, and also a tennis court. (Rackets and various other sporting equipment may be included in the shed.)

** Folly Beach is a smaller residential community with full-time residents and VERY strict and new short-term rental ordinances. My place is very convenient to downtown and the beach, but also among residents. It's perfect for multi-generation families, couples, laid-back friends, seniors, and business travelers, but not so much for the "here to party" groups. **
