The property is an amazing waterfront property located in Mico, TX, on Medina Lake. The water is low, but the property provides breathtaking views. The 2000+ square foot house features 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, and a large living area with sofa beds. The house also features, Fiber wifi, 2 decks and 1 small landing deck overlooking the lake, a fire pit w/ seated benches, a charcoal grill, and a gas grill.

The space

The best way to describe this space is relaxing. This house is for you if you are looking for a nice getaway with family and friends. The private lake access, the lake views, the sunrise, the sunsets, the clear view of any star you could imagine, and the unique wildlife are all on one of the most sought-after locations on Masterson's Point Peninsula on Medina Lake. We keep a deer feeder full of corn on the property, so be on the lookout for all the deer, foxes, ringtail cats, and squirrels, and if you hear a little creature roaming around in the leaves at night, it is probably Arnie the Armadillo searching for food. Be on the lookout for the many species of fish and birds that roam the area.

Summary: We cannot recommend this peaceful hideaway on Medina Lake more! The views are spectacular, especially if you love waking up to a painted sunrise. The ----------- comes appointed with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including a central fireplace, multiple grills, several refrigerators and a standing freezer, plentiful sleeper sofas, towels, Roku-equipped TVs, and a kitchen full of supplies including s’mores skewers. The lake is low, so there wasn’t a lot of water access or activities, but exploring the dry river bed was quite an adventure. The house is charming, with creaking wood floors and multiple levels with wall to wall windows. The WiFi signal is immaculate, adding modern comforts to the old school charm. What a beautiful escape!
