This Lake Havasu City retreat was created to spread out and make yourself at home with a 4-bedroom 3-Bath main house plus a 400sf pool house on over 1/2 acre lot. This one of a kind custom home is nestled in a serene neighborhood, offering a tranquil escape for guests when you come off the lake. This home is newly built and is only outshined by the immense resort style swimming pool. Boasting 5 waterfalls, wet or dry entry grotto, LED light display, gas fire pit and 9' deep end.
LOCATION cannot be beat with a 15min drive to the private airport, 10 minute drive to Windsor Launch ramp and the London Bridge, this home makes vacationing and going back and forth to the lake simple.
We love to cook! Well stocked Kitchen & pantry at your disposal. A 48"dual fuel Hallman range with liquid propane burners, 2 electric ovens and place settings for 14.
From the kitchen step into the spa like primary suite with King bed, twin day bed, soaking tub, zero entry dual shower, closet and SAUNA with a great view of the pool. To the left of the kitchen is a doorway with a solid pocket door that can be closed off for those heading to bed early. This small hallway leads to the second king suite (a freestanding tub, walk -in shower and walk in closet) a guest bathroom and additional queen bedroom that has direct access to the bathroom with a zero entry shower. The 4th Bedroom is located near the front door. The pool house is a separate living space all its own with kitchenette, zero entry shower in the full bathroom, sofa (converts to double bed) and a twin over full bunk bed.
With all the sleeping zones, there's plenty of space for the family to unwind. The property has wifi and plenty of seating around the 10' table, at the island or game table- board games provided. You can relax at the end of a long day on the lake on the oversized sofa, enjoying the electric fireplace and Large TV while streaming your favorite apps. Connect to Sonos and have a surround sound experience. There is a large mudroom with washer and dryer off the 3000'sf air conditioned double RV garage has an indoor home for all the boats and toys you bring to the desert. You can even set up your portable pickleball court.
