The space- Two houses located in Las Huacas, which is a secure neighborhood that is known for the best views town. We are one of the first turns up the hill, so still super close to the beach and the action. At the compound you feel like you are in the trees and away from the dust and hustle/bustle, ready to soak it all in and enjoy the breeze. Great option for two families, large groups, etc.

We have two houses that are blended together and share one pool. We only rent them together. They have many outdoor patios that are perfect for lounging by the pool, grilling, eating outside, etc.
Monkey House- The house has recently been renovated, but retained charm and some ascetics from the early days of Nosara. Once owned and enjoyed by Woody Harrleson, we had to keep the mosaic tile in the kitchen and around the pool in homage to him. The charm and whimsy are what make this property truly like nothing else you will find in Nosara. We are also quite particular about the details and spent a lot of time to make it comfortable and with all the luxuries that one would want.
Upstairs at Monkey House consists of two bedrooms, two bathroom, kitchen and open living. Downstairs is the recently added master suite and captures the amazing view. Outdoor master shower is open to the beach sounds, a place where you truly feel on holiday. We added a office and bunk scenario off the master bedroom. This is a perfect situation for a small child or someone you want sleeping close to the master bedroom.
Casa Nido is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built house. Open kitchen to pool and great outdoor lounge spots. Two bedrooms downstairs share one downstairs bathroom. Upstairs there is a living room, kitchen one bedroom and one bathroom.
In addition to the guard station at the entrance to Las Huacas, both houses have a security system.
Both houses have their own kitchens and laundry rooms. They also have separate entrances and parking.
We have very competent property managers and can help with transportation details, grocery shopping, arranging a private chef, activities and more.
