4 Bedroom House in Lexington, Hunter

Luxury rental house located on 4 acres on Schohaire creek, 8 min to Hunter. Private creek access and views. This is one of the few homes in the area with deeper wading pools and fishing rapids. Plenty of large flat rocks to lie on during the summer. Even a small creek beach. It's a one of kind creek location. This is why we purchased the property.

Inside is a recently renovated with 4 bedrooms all with private baths. This has been a big selling point for families and guests wanting privacy. Also a powder room on main floor.
There is nothing small about this house. The main floor consists of spacious kitchen with cooking range facing the mountain creek view and stone fireplace. Kitchen bar on other side for easy service for guests. Wet bar and 3 sinks make up the massive kitchen. Along with an office nook for computer use when cooking doing business. Top of the line appliances. Bosh cooking range. Even a double oven for people that love to bake. The great room has large dining room table on left, baby grand piano in center (yes its tuned) and couch sitting area near fire place with huge TV hanging on wall for easy viewing. There is also a large portable speaker with blue tooth for easy music playlist access.

Again the decks are massive. There are 3: Side deck with propane and smoker Bbq's: Easy access to kitchen. Back deck directly off of great room. And massive carport deck on opposite side accessed by upstairs bedroom or stairs connecting lower deck. This deck has optimal view of all the mountain range. All decks are connected. So easy walk around house from all locations. Large seasonal sun room with windows and screens with includes several comfortable chairs and daybed. This room is great for taking in the views and experiencing the outside regardless of weather.

Finished basement with large washer and dryer. All wood rustic interior with 8 custom ski/snow board lockers. Ski racks and snowboard racks on walls as well as several custom benches for easy changing. All lockers have wall outlets for boot heaters. Large door under carport for easy basement access for post skiing or mountain biking. No need to worry about walking into main house or leaving gear in car. Just drop everything in basement and go upstairs and relax.

Enough can't be said about the outdoor property and space. Large fields to left of house are all part of the property. Great for all types of games from soccer to volleyball, badminton, horse shoes, etc. You name it. One guest even brought long water slides for kids to play on. There are also three adult size swings under carport for additional fun. Great for kids while parents are unpacking or packing cars. The adults love them as much as the kids. Also outdoor stone fire pit to side of house with 8 Adirondack chairs for night time bon fires.

This house is listed with other 4 bedroom homes but really can't be compared. It's a spec house that my wife and I designed from scratch and truly cared about all the details for our family to enjoy. Am sure your family or group will equally enjoy it.
