Just one mile to fun times, restaurants, and shopping at Lake Sumter Landing; and less than a 10-minute drive to Spanish Springs. A 3-minute walk to the Caroline Pool and Rec Center. Less than five minutes by car to the larger Coconut Pool and Rec Center. The nearest golf (course seen out the rear windows and lanai) is the Mallory Hill Golf & Country Club; clubhouse and grill ~2.4 miles by car or golf cart. All Villages golf courses, country clubs, recreation centers, and downtowns are for your fun and enjoyment.
Spacious master suite has an ultra-comfortable king size bed, tv, walk-in closet, and bathroom with twin sinks, shower, and bidet. High ceilings, nice artwork, and decor make for feelings of luxury.
Fully equipped kitchen with most everything you'll need for preparing quick snacks or gourmet meals. Gas stove, gas oven, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, and most utensils and gadgets you'll need. Full sets of silver, dishes, and glasses for every need.
Filtered water throughout house, and drinking water further filtered by the refrigerator's water and ice filter. Plenty of space and plenty of ice in the side-by-side fridge. Breakfast nook has a nice green view up the quiet cul-de-sac.
Privacy guest suite (sliding door separates from other rooms) includes a beach-themed decorated bedroom and closet. Guest bath has a tub & shower. A 10'x10' study with work table, monitor (plug-in your laptop), copier, shredder, and a futon are part of this suite. Good natural lighting, plantation shutters, ceiling fans, and good views enhance both of these rooms also.
